Terms and Conditions for Exquisite Beats Usage
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the music and content provided by Exquisite Beats ("Artist"), offered through Exquisite Beats Company ("Company", "us", "we", or "our"). By using the Artist's music and content, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must refrain from using the music and content.
License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Artist's music and content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Free Usage Limitation
You may use the Artist's music and content for free up to a total of 100,000 streams across all platforms. If your usage exceeds this limit, you must obtain a separate license for further usage.
Non-exclusive and Exclusive Rights
The Company offers two types of rights for the Artist's music and content: non-exclusive and exclusive rights. Non-exclusive rights allow you to use the Artist's music and content alongside other users who have also obtained non-exclusive rights. Exclusive rights grant you the sole right to use the Artist's music and content for a specified project, and no other users will be granted permission to use the same music and content for that period.
Obtaining Rights and Licensing
To inquire about obtaining non-exclusive or exclusive rights for the Artist's music and content, please contact the Company at eb-management@madland.info. The Company will provide you with the necessary information and may require payment of a fee, as well as the signing of a separate licensing agreement.
Restrictions
You may not use the Artist's music and content in any way that:
a. Violates any applicable laws or regulations; b. Infringes upon the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or other personal or proprietary rights; c. Is defamatory, obscene, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your license to use the Artist's music and content at any time, with or without notice, if you breach any of these Terms.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised version on our website. Your continued use of the Artist's music and content after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Company is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
